I'm a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Uniphore, where I own cloud infrastructure automation, database scaling, and production reliability for a SaaS AI platform.

My journey here has been continuous: I joined Infoworks.io in 2021 as a Technical Support Engineer, grew into Senior Production Support Engineer, and transitioned into infrastructure engineering when Uniphore acquired Infoworks in January 2025 — carrying forward 4+ years of hands-on platform knowledge into a broader infra role.

Today I work across Terraform-driven infrastructure as code, MongoDB auto-scaling, cluster lifecycle management, and cloud operations for production systems running on AWS/Azure/GCP. Earlier in my career I debugged and supported ETL pipelines across Hive, Spark, Snowflake, Databricks, and Airflow — experience that now informs how I design infrastructure that data and AI workloads actually depend on.

The Person Behind the Terminal

I'm Harshit Pramod — a computer enthusiast born on 28 August 1999 in Pollachi, a greenish and fabulous little town in Tamil Nadu, India, nestled 40 km from Coimbatore and famous for its tender coconuts. Growing up surrounded by nature and technology in equal measure, I was drawn to computers early and have been evolving with them ever since.

I completed my schooling in Pollachi and joined college in 2017 for my Bachelor's in Computer Science, graduating in 2021. I jumped straight into the industry as a Production Support Engineer at Infoworks, and have steadily grown from there — I'm currently a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Uniphore, doing work I genuinely love.

Outside of work, I'm a traveller at heart. I love escaping the city — spending time in farmhouses, breathing fresh air, and just enjoying nature in its rawest form. Pollachi will always be home, and that grounded, unhurried pace is something I carry with me wherever I go.
